First security hole discovered in SysCP

Some days ago, a local-root hole was found in SysCP. A patch was also released, so it's easy to fix your installation.

However, maybe there are people, using my slightly changed Debian-packages, out there. So I have rebuilt them with the patch, and you will find them at the usual place.
